The company is a certified applicator of Concrete Technologies Inc. (CTI), of Largo, FL. LifeSTYLE is owned and operated by Rod and Kathi Wells of Jacksonville. Rod Wells has over 30 years of experience with specialty products for improving, protecting, and repairing concrete, having worked for the world’s largest chemical manufacturer in a variety of capacities including product development. He was responsible for many products well known to contractors that are still on the market and have over $50 million in sales. He wrote articles in trade journals, represented the company on national standards committees, and traveled with marketing and sales people giving technical presentations to customers. Kathi Wells is the Chief Financial Officer (her unofficial title). She is also a CTi factory-trained and certified professional. She is the creative consultant and one of the growing number of women in decorative concrete who bring not only an eye for design, but specific knowledge in techniques such as faux painting and their application to decorative concrete.
